Nicole DelToro- Founder & President

In 1996, Nicole DelToro “fell” into the executive search and recruiting business and has loved it even since. After learning the ropes at a national firm, Nicole founded Andrews & Cole in 2002, providing recruiting and staffing services for clients ranging from Fortune 500 to emerging companies in nearly every industry.  EQ Financial Search was born out client demand for retained searches with a high touch and deep knowledge of the accounting, finance and compliance needs of varied industries.
 
A graduate of Cornell University, Nicole serves on the Cornell University Board of Trustees, chairing the Committee on Alumni Affairs and serving on the Committee on Board Composition and Governance, the Executive Committee, as well as several task forces including Diversity and Inclusion. 
 
An avid runner, Nicole has completed multiple marathons and half-marathons. She enjoys cooking and baking and attempting to improve her golf handicap.
